Accessibility Statement

Web: https://aura-ia.eu
Date of publication: 15/03/2026
Responsible: Montserrat Berga Serramià (Consultoria AURA)

1. Commitment to accessibility

At AURA, we believe that artificial intelligence and digital technology should be inclusive tools for everyone. Our methodology is based on transparency, human control, and real utility — principles that are incompatible with digital exclusion.

We are committed to making this website accessible to all people, regardless of their technological, physical, or cognitive abilities. This includes adaptation for people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, text magnification, or other assistive technologies.

This commitment aligns with Phase U (Strategic Use) of our methodology, where web architecture design prioritizes human experience over unnecessary technical complexity.

2. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the UNE-EN 301 549 v3.2.1 standard and the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

We have conducted internal tests following the criteria of Phase R (Operational Results), including:

  • Full keyboard navigation.
  • Color contrast and typographic legibility verification.
  • Semantic validation of HTML code (headings, alt tags on images, accessible forms).
  • Testing with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver).

3. Non-accessible content and limitations

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some limitations may exist due to:

  1. Third-party content: Some older PDF documents or external integrations may not fully comply with current standards. We are committed to reviewing and replacing them with accessible formats (HTML) whenever possible.
  2. Dynamic content: As this is a constantly evolving site (Phase A - Continuous Adaptation), some newly published content may require minor final adjustments.

If you detect any specific barrier, we encourage you to inform us (see section 5) so we can address it as a priority.

4. Methodology and technical approach

To achieve this level of accessibility, we have applied the following technical principles consistent with the AURA philosophy:

  • Technological Independence: We have avoided heavy plugins or scripts that interfere with assistive technologies. The website is built on Drupal with clean, semantic code.
  • Universal Design: Colors, font sizes, and navigation structures have been chosen with cognitive and visual diversity in mind from the design phase, not as an afterthought.
  • Compatibility: The site is fully responsive and functional on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, as well as on modern browsers.

5. Feedback mechanism (Communication channel)

If you have difficulty navigating aura-ia.eu or need access to content that is not accessible, please contact us. We value your experience to continuously improve the service.

  • Email: hola@aura-ia.eu
  • Recommended subject: "Accessibility Issue"
  • Response time: We are committed to responding within a maximum of 5 business days and to proposing a solution or accessible alternative.

In the email, please include:

  1. The page or section where you found the problem.
  2. A description of the difficulty.
  3. The assistive technology you are using (browser, screen reader, version, etc.).

6. Monitoring procedure

This statement has been internally reviewed by the project manager, applying the quality criteria of AURA consulting. However, we are open to external audits if necessary to ensure the highest level of compliance.

This statement was last updated on 15 March 2026 and will be reviewed periodically as part of our Continuous Adaptation (Phase A) cycle to ensure that the website evolves alongside accessibility standards and user needs.
